Discount for Weekday Weddings: Monday - Friday Midday, $100 plus New Mexico gross receipts tax, in Albuquerque for Elopement or Simple Weddings/Vow Renewal ($140 plus New Mexico gross receipts tax, Rio Rancho/ Bernalillo/Placitas/Algodones)

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the ceremony are charged in full, including the 7.5 percent New Mexico gross receipts tax. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled wedding will receive a refund of fees paid minus a $65 cancellation fee.
